Beyond the Core of Anatomy is a course designed specially with the professional and Pilates movement practitioner in mind.
The high end content of this course integrates the anatomy with the movement biomechanics, and delivers a clear understanding of movement detail with recent scientific updates.
The Course consists of five individual modules. Each module includes a practical interactive lab with movement applications which are provided in a course manual. The modules all complement each other to harmoniously connect the body as a whole. However, each module may be taken individually.
The depth of the curriculum leads to a clear understanding of the body in movement, an essential foundation to scale your teachings to the highest level of proficiency and to meet the demands of a growing, more mature and proactive population in search of a complete Pilates/Wellness solution.

- The Anatomy and Biomechanics of the Foot and Ankle
- The Anatomy and Biomechanics of the Knee
- The Anatomy and Biomechanics of the Hip and Pelvis
- The Anatomy and Biomechanics of the Spine, the Thorax and the Role of the Breath
- The Anatomy and Biomechanics of the Shoulder Girdle

Details and Fees:Each module is a two-day course of 6 hours each (12 contact hours). Each module will be held 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for both days. Tuition is $375.00 per module. If the student registers for all modules at the same time, there is a discount. The total then will be discounted with $200.00. ($1875 - $200 = $1675)
