Elevate the content of your repertory knowledge into a body excellence and expertise. The P.L.C. Master Evolution Series turns your teaching into an art form of its own. This series will help you meet the demands of the current market with professional confidence. This higher education covers the depth and details of movement biomechanics intrinsic to the Pilates repertoire.


Who Should Attend?

  • Pilates Professionals with 1-3 years teaching experience
  • ATCs, OTRs & COTAs, PTs, PT Assistants, DCs, Strength & Conditioning Professionals, and other medical professionals with a Pilates background or Pilates Therapy practice.

A Master series of skill enhancing specialty education, designed for the practicing Pilates Professional, or Movement Specialist/Therapist. Each of the 3-day Master Series present with a movement theme that updates and incorporates anatomy and the understanding of movement biomechanics.  These newly acquired concepts are then applied and integrated into the Pilates repertoire. In doing so, all equipment will be explored, including the therapeutic modifications/applications. Detailed, hands on directive and corrective cueing contribute to a renewed confidence and refreshed knowledge in the Pilates and Movement practice of teaching. All 3 Master classes are taught by Master Teacher, Marie-José Blom.


Master Evolution I - A Pilates Repertoire Technique Class with a Focus From Foot to Core

A body of work dedicated to the biomechanics of the lower quadrant in the Pilates repertoire. This approach will reflect the working interrelationship of the foot, the pelvic floor and the diaphragm. Additionally, it incorporates foot, knee and hip.

Time: 9:00-6:00 with a 1/hr break, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Costs: $1075, includes the manual

Master Evolution II - A Pilates Repertoire Technique Class with a Focus on Pelvic and Spine Works

A body of work dedicated to the foundation of stability and movement efficiency of the pelvis and the spine. This incorporates the interrelationship of the diaphragm, spine and pelvic floor; as well as working with spinal deviations, such as: scoliosis, chronic back pain, and osteoporosis.

Time: 9:00-6:00 with a 1/hr break, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Costs: $1075, includes the manual

Master Evolution III -

A Pilates Repertoire Technique Class with a Focus on Principles of Upper Core and Shoulder Girdle

A body of work dedicated to the efficiency in movement and strength of the Upper Body (upper quadrant). This incorporates the shoulder girdle biomechanics and its integration into the Pilates repertoire. It will include therapeutic applications.

Time: 9:00-6:00 with a 1/hr break, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Costs: $1075, includes the manual
